jWeb Launches New Site for DDRB

jWeb recently completed and launched an entire web site redesign for the Developmental Disabilities Resource Board of St. Charles County. The DDRBís web site not only needed a face lift but their business practices grew which meant the once single user group focused web site was no longer viable.
The DDRB whoís business was to distribute funds to non-for-profit agencies in St. Charles County grew to providing case management for individuals and families of individual with developmental disabilities. The web site however only serviced those agencies who where applying for and receiving funding. ìWe realized that our web site also needed to be a resource to families,î said Karen Craven, DDRBís Community Resources Specialist, ìso it was time to make a change. Weíre extremely pleased with the results and the ease to keep information on the site current.î
jWeb worked with the DDRB to create a web site that targeted three separate user groups and intuitively funnels them to the appropriate information and applications. This was achieved by both parties participating in discovery session, agreeing on what the goals were, and the engineers and graphic designer developing an approved plan to serve all three user groups. In the end together we hit the mark.
